The group GLDMND is reminisce of The Fugees and The Black Eyed Peas being that they are comprised of two males (Cozy and Tyler Jackson) and a female (Jess). What differentiates these Atlanta natives from those legendary groups is that all members rap and sing. On the song “Juug Season,” Cozy performs a satirical rap personifying a Santa who is very immersed in youth culture. Tyler Jackson’s 2nd verse conveys the warm loving family vibe of the season. Jess provides the angelic vocals in the chorus that wrap the song in a traditional Christmas spirit.
