Houston Rapper Dice Soho Reps Icey Life In “Snowflake Emoji” Music Video

Dice just isn’t letting up and drops off some melodic tunes in this crisp new Roger Torabi directed film. Following up after an impressive VFILES premiere in “Time Zone”, SoHo is back for his winter themed visual “Snowflake Emoji”. Dice has always branded himself and his label around being “icey”. Dropping this video just reassured that ideal even more.Check out the new icey video on from Dice below as we prepare for his upcoming EP.

Houston rapper Dice Soho flaunts his icey lifestyle in the music video for “Snowflake Emoji,” the latest single off his debut project You Could Have, available now on Asylum Worldwide. Directed by Roger Torabi, the 23-year-old heavy hitter dons a Cam’ron inspired pink fur and flexes around Texas in his all-white Ferrari and Maybach solidifying his status as one of 2018’s breakout artists.

Dice Soho is one of H-Town’s finest young talents and protégé of legendary producer Mike Dean, who made Dice the flagship artist on his M.W.A. label. His debut album, You Could Have, executive produced by Dean, boasts an impressive roster of collaborations including Wiz Khalifa on “Either Way,” Ty Dolla $ign and Desiigner on “SSP,” and PnB Rock on “Need More.” The 13-track project has received critical acclaim from major Hip Hop publications XXL, HotNewHipHop, Hypebeast, Complex and more.

Dice first burst onto the national scene with the music video “Just Watch,” a collaboration with longtime friend Trill Sammy, that generated over 15 million views on YouTube and over 10 million plays on Soundcloud. The video established several hallmarks of his future style: a cinematic sound, a dynamic voice, an outrageous sense of fashion. The young rapper has been active in Houston’s underground scene since 2004 under the guidance of his uncle, local icon SMOOV. As a teenager, Dice (he added “Soho” later, as a homage to his birthplace in South Houston), founded Icey Life, a collection of visionary artists and singers. In the footsteps of his city’s originators in Pimp C & Paul Wall – who combined music with distinct attitude and fashion – Dice Soho is defining what it means to be a Houston artist in rap’s new era.
