Mr. Eazi ft. Burna Boy – Miss You Bad

New Year, New Banku Music Release!… Mr. Eazi kicks off 2019 by dropping yet another visual from his highly coveted mixtape “Life is Eazi, Vol.2 – Lagos To London”. Sultry guitar solos and relatable lyrics are what makes “Miss You Bad” a crowd favorite; not to mention the feature from fellow Nigerian artist Burna Boy.

Set in an eclectic apartment displaying beautiful African prints and women, both artists take turns in declaring their regrets within their relationships.

Eazi comments on the track: “Miss You Bad” is actually an old song that I rediscovered recently, I wrote the hook in 2016. At the time, music was just a hobby so I was writing music every weekend to distract me from work. I had to report to investors every week, so this was an escape. More recently I was in London, I had the guitar riff and I started to freestyle the hook. Or I thought it was a freestyle. I sent it to my friend, who also is an A&R for my label and he was like, ‘I remember this hook from 2016!”

The tape itself has been the Afro star’s most successful project to date offering visuals to singles such as; “Pour Me Water”, “London Town ft. Giggs”, “Property ft. Mo-T”, “Keys to the City (Ogede)”, “Chicken Curry ft. Sneakbo”, “Surrender ft. Simi” and “Dabebi ft. King Promise & Maleek Berry”- with each video exceeding the 1 million views mark within a week!

Mr. Eazi also released his own clothing line in support of the mixtape ‘The Life is Eazi, Lagos To London Collection’ –

Words from the designer/Eazi’s personal stylist, Marium Aduke:

“The intention behind it was to give Mr Eazi’s fans a collection that represented him and his story. Every little detail from the colors, design aesthetics, textures and the logo was deliberately selected for his fans.

When we were selecting the components for the collection we wanted to keep it simple and very practical. Something everybody and anybody can wear. This collection caters to any weather from Hoodies, Sweatshirts and Sweatpants to T-shirts, hats and mugs which depicts the imagery on the mixtape cover”.
