A Look At How “Black Panther” Star Michael B. Jordan Is Working With BACARDI Añejo Cuatro

Looking for a cocktail fit for a king while rooting for Black Panther during this year’s Academy Awards? Then you can celebrate with a delicious BACARDÍ rum cocktail known as The King Cuatro, as available exclusively at popular New York City bar Las’ Lap until March 14th.

Inspired by (and co-created with) Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan, The King Cuatro is made with BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum. The King Cuatro is intended to be the perfect cocktail for you to celebrate the first-ever superhero movie — Black Panther, of course — to be nominated for Best Picture. In fact, Jordan himself mixed up the cocktail during a BACARDÍ mixology event this week.

As a self-professed rum devotee, Michael B. Jordan grew up enjoying his grandmother’s famous rum cakes, which were made exclusively with BACARDÍ rum. In turn, it is only fitting that the star’s signature cocktail contains BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro, a premium rum aged four years under the Caribbean sun with delicious notes of honey, vanilla and oak spices.

Mixed with fragrant St. Germain Liqueur, muddled blackberries, honey and fresh lemon juice, and topped with MARTINI & ROSSI Prosecco, The King Cuatro is sure to win the highest awards your taste buds have to offer. So whether you are hosting a viewing party or tuning in on your own, feel free to raise a coupe glass to the SEVEN Oscar nominations of Black Panther with BACARDÍ Wakanda Forever.
