The NTWRK – Bad Place

The up and coming pop music group The NTWRK just dropped their latest single “Bad Place.” The group independently has released 3 singles and have organically found their way onto major featured Spotify playlists.

Consisting of producers Brandon Monsta Brown, Ryan Moore, Chris Stanz, & songwriter Danielle Kinoshita, The NTWRK has a vibe and look comparable to the Black-Eyed Peas and many industry members have already drawn similar comparisons. Independent of each other, they have worked with some major artists like Jacob Sartorius, Goody Grace, Lil Gnar, June’s Diary, YBN Almighty Jay, Shameik Moore, Tekashi 69, Macy Malloy and more.

After experiencing getting their songs placed with major artists, The NTWRK came together to release music under their own name as artists. The four-piece power house blends elements of Pop & Urban music to create exciting and pleasurable pop bangers. The four had natural chemistry, which became extremely apparent with their single “Today” which debuted on Spotify’s Indie Pop Chillout and Fresh Finds playlist.

“It’s crazy but ‘Bad Place’ was actually the first song we made together as a group to which eventually led to forming the group,” said Ryan Moore of The NTWRK.

Each member of The NTWRK brings a unique perspective on popular music, with influences ranging from Halsey to Timbaland to the Neptunes to Bibi Bourelly. The group’s combination of energy is sure to produce some new and inspired music in the coming year.

“Their sound blends elements of Pop & Urban music into a unique sonic delivery. Their latest song “Today” debuted on Spotify’s “Indie Pop Chillout” playlist on Black Friday and has been getting added to more playlists in this short time, including Spotify’s “Fresh Finds” and “Fresh Finds: Waves” playlist,” reports Christopher Smith of Let’s Talk About Pop Music.

The group really started to see a ton of change and growth after being featured on the playlists. As independent artists, it is often difficult for new artists to be recognized. Their playlist participation has increased the group’s overall visibility.
