Trey Triple A – Designer Dreams

Last month, Trey Triple A released the video for his newest single, “Designer Dreams”, produced by Spacedtime for his upcoming EP, due this summer. The song is the first new music we’ve heard from the Denver-based rapper since his Fall 2018 EP release Room 3a.

Despite his aspirations of lavish high-brow living, as narrated in the music video, Trey Triple A doesn’t actually believe that luxurious, designer name brands define his sense of style. “Iʼm a firm believer in ‘the clothes donʼt make the man, the man makes the clothes’. I have no desire to wear high fashion brands…I mean…yeah…itʼd be nice, but I notice everyone around me is caught up in the name brands and the flash of things—after all we live in a material world these days. I personally love to thrift shop and shop at vintage stores…. ‘Drip’ is how everyone describes their own style, I just wanted to capture that within the music!”

He’s performed his music at fashion shows and as a brand ambassador for Infatué Clothing, Trey Triple A’s sense of style cemented him in Denver music and fashion culture as a pillar of creativity.
