Dante HH present rebellious new single “Arcane XIII” with music video

Hailing from Bogota, Colombia the now LA-based, hard-hitting Hell Hounds are back with their latest single “Arcane XIII”. Never adhering to the status quo, the track comes from their impending sophomore album Gunblade Blues Vol.II, which they have been releasing individual tracks from over the last year, breaking away from the traditional schedule of releases for albums that the industry usually adopts.  “Arcane XIII” is an energetic, tension releasing, almost speed metal, single. Combining their recognizable and rebellious sounds of hard rock, rockabilly, and blues, the track feels born to set the mosh pit ablaze.

Dante HH masterfully blends the upbeat vibe of bands such as Turbonegro with a touch of classic LA rock and blues, while vocalist Kami Rayne’s raspy chords are reminiscent of Motorhead’s Lemmy, exciting the anarchist within.  Their unique sound explores old territory and new with Keisuke Motoki on upright bass, making their amalgam of musical creativity sound so right.

With the single comes a befitting, gore-ridden and trippy animated music video, from Juan Calle of Liberum Donnum, a studio in Bogota (Colombia). In collaboration with the band, the kaleidoscopic, comic book-esque vision was formulated. The video is a continuation of characters and monsters we’ve seen in previous music videos of Dante HH. Hellhounds and satanic ghouls strobe across the screen in time with the bulletproof drumming of Andy Summers III, while black smoke ominously swirls to Gonzo’s (lead guitarist) solos.

The band shows no sign of slowing down in 2019, (with their playing or their releases). Check our their monstrous video below:
