Milan – Bando

Milan recently dropped his debut EP Bando, home to 21 tracks, as well as an impressive music video for his track “Ridin Rollercoaster”, fueling the scandal around this song, of which the main sample, his voice and copyrights were stolen by Kendrick Lamar who never credited him, and used them to record “M.A.A.D City” in 2012.

The LA based rapper who’s collaborated with big industry names in the production field such as Mike West, Fisticuff, and T.H.C. delivers a special sound in the EP, blending east and west coast vibes, instantaneously recognizable at first listen, and sustains the momentum created by “Ridin Rollercoaster” with the release of his debut EP. The wordsmith, producer, and performer is definitely one of the young generation’s rising rappers, and Lamar stealing his instrumentals is just another proof of that.

Bando includes some heavy tracks such as “Believe” feat Pistol Mc Fly & Richard Wright and “Pushaman” feat Rimpau & B3, both clearly displaying Milan’s multiple skills and building a rock solid base from which to propel a successful career.
