Best-Selling Author & “Million Dollar Listing New York” Star Ryan Serhant On HP, Work Ethic & More

We all know that small businesses are the lifeblood of our local communities, and that being your own boss is still a big part of “the American Dream.” But of course the motivation, methods and preferences behind running a company of your own can differ from generation to generation.

According to a global study conducted by HP, Gen Z business owners — while still focused on financial success and stability for themselves and also their families — are planning for the future by building a business that will allow them to follow their passion, make money, serve their community and spend less time on administration and more time overall on the bottom line.

In time for National Small Business Week, best-selling auhtor and Star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York and Sell It Like Serhant, Ryan Serhant, answered Q&A for me on behalf of The Hype Magazine. Serhant is also the leading member of The Serhant Team, a New York-based, bi-coastal real estate group that regularly ranks as the #1 sales team in New York and among the top five teams nationwide.

More on Ryan Serhant and his various projects can be found online at www.ryanserhant.com.
