Loews Hotels Puts a New Spin on Family Travel with Loews Loves Families

Focusing on the Art of Togetherness, Loews West Coast hotels celebrate parents and kids of all ages – from newborns and toddlers, to tweens and teens

Loews Hotels announced today that they have revamped their legacy kids program with the launch of Loews Loves Families, focusing on kids of all ages, from infants to teens. For more than two decades, Loews Hotels has been a brand known for catering to children through Loews Loves Kids. Beginning this summer, Loews Loves Families will elevate the experience for the entire family, parents and children alike, starting with a special Family Road Trip package that will save families money on stays throughout the west coast this summer.

Loews Loves Families will focus on the three pillars of Comfort, Imagination, and Exploration, aiming to provide engaging experiences that can be shared among different generations.

“Family needs and anticipations continue to evolve, and Loews Hotels always strives to meet those needs, exceed expectations, and inspire parents and children to experience travel together,” said Piper Stevens, Vice President of Marketing at Loews Hotels & Co. “Loews Loves Families draws inspiration from the ways families interact and are present in each other’s worlds to offer memorable and engaging experiences.”

No two families are alike, which is why Loews Loves Families’ distinctive pillars are designed to focus on different audiences and attend to their unique needs. The Comfort pillar offers convenience and peace of mind, especially for new parents and young children (ages 0-3). The Imagination pillar dreams up charming opportunities for parents and children (ages 4-10) to open their minds, unleash creative potential, and create memorable shared experiences. The Exploration pillar encourages a spirit of independence and discovery with programming for tweens and teens (ages 11-15) to enjoy on their own.

With a phased approach in developing Loews Loves Families across properties, parents and children can expect new programming, elevated food and beverage experiences and new partnerships to be announced later this year. Here are some ways “Loews Loves Families” can be enjoyed now throughout the west coast at Loews Hotel 1000 Seattle, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, Loews Hollywood Hotel, Loews Coronado Bay Resort and at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ:

  • Leave it to Loews – printed list of amenities available at each hotel, upon request, that offers conveniences for families from bottle warmers to outlet covers to everyday necessities. Leave it to Loews has everything families may need while traveling.

  • Checking in – new arrival experience for each age group, from welcome amenities and our new Loews traveler pin for kids ages 4-10, Loews is changing the way kids, teens and tweens check in to hotels.

  • Congrats. You made it! – Loews recognizes that parents of younger kids have been through a lot to get to our hotels; we want to help celebrate those victories by offering 25% off an appetizer at any of our food and beverage outlets.

To jumpstart summer travel and celebrate Loews Loves Families, Loews Hotels invites parents to book their next getaway with the Family Road Trip package.* Starting from today until September 30, 2019 guests can book a stay at a Loews Hotels property through the Family Road Trip package, and receive a second guest room at 50 percent off, complimentary breakfast for up to two children, a $30 food and beverage credit, and complimentary parking for convenience.
