Dana Coppafeel is back with “Paper” – his newest single featuring Stricklin, Skyzoo and Vincent Van Great. Produced by Mike Regal and Charley Cooks, Coppa’s trademark raw and freestyle energy shines through alongside fresh sounds from his trio of partners.

When he first discovered rap and hip-hop, it was a cadence that came natural to Coppa’s speaking styles and unique voice. So he spent his childhood, memorizing lyrics from Boogie Boys, UTFO, Sugar Hill Gang, and Roxanne Shante and then made his way to working with with notable artists like G-Eazy, Action Bronson, Riff Raff, Skyzoo, Guilty Simpson, Joell Ortiz, Akrobatik and Bishop Lamont. With a rap style that sounds like Action Bronson meets Beastie Boys with some Pharcyde sprinkled on top, Coppa has opened for Nas, Wu-Tang Clan, Lupe Fiasco, Cypress Hill, The Roots, and more and has performed at South x Southwest, A3C, Summerfest and has toured with Pharcyde and during the Vans Warped Tour. He has also been featured in Rolling Stone, The Source, Complex, MTV.com Urb and more.
