Experiential Art Company House of L Announces Official Launch of New Membership Model

Art lovers, patrons and businesses in Texas can now experience immersive and unparalleled art events, private curation services, art investment guidance and more by becoming one of the first HOUSE OF L members

Austin-based, experiential art company HOUSE OF L (HOL) announces the soft launch of their exclusive membership model, a host of curatorial services and their brand new website. HOUSE OF L, founded by renowned international art curator Lana Carlson and real estate expert Leslie Gossett, Broker Associate at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, produces one of a kind, “pop-up” art events that bring together art lovers in exceptionally beautiful properties, curated with work from emerging and established artists from around the world. Featuring international art stars like Jean-Michael Basquiat, Andy Warhol and Mr. Brainwash, HOUSE OF L brings together industry professionals, educational programming, conceptual art performance and immersive installation to touch on all aspects of the art experience.

HOL members will receive tier-specific benefits including invitations (with plus ones) to these exclusive events in Texas and around the country, access to private member pricing on art, private and corporate curation and custom HOUSE OF L merchandise. In addition to individuals, businesses are encouraged to join as members to gain access to valuable networking opportunities, brand association within the art industry and visibility at key, national events. Additionally, companies will receive benefits such as private curatorial services to create enjoyable and inspiring, or calming and nurturing workplaces that express the brand’s mission and vision. During the soft-launch, the membership offering will only be available in Texas and HOUSE OF L plans to launch nationally later this year. To inquire about the membership platform and its various member levels, see www.houseofl.art/membership.

In addition to the member platform, HOUSE OF L now offers curatorial services for private and corporate clients as well as artist curation for brand experiences. Last night, HOUSE OF L announced the soft-launch of their membership offering at a private event in San Antonio, Texas. This was the first of a

series of events the company will host in partnership with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty in some of the hottest real estate in Texas. This strategic partnership between HOL and Sotheby’s serves as an example of the artistic brand experience HOUSE OF L is capable of creating and the private events that members will have access to. HOUSE OF L will continue to partner with additional lifestyle brands to create, produce and execute customized art experiences for brands in the North American market. For more information on curatorial services and brand activations, please see www.houseofl.art/services.

“HOUSE OF L aims to create a revolutionary new platform for the ultimate artistic experience – one where emerging and established artists can showcase their work in an exceptional space, and get in front of collectors, art enthusiasts and patrons from every stage of their collection career,” said Lana Carlson, Co-Founder. “We are very proud to launch our new membership model that not only allows members access to events across the country, but also exclusive networking opportunities with artists, collectors and tastemakers, exceptional private curatorial services, as well as access to behind-the-scenes market data to help members as they purchase art as a longer-term investment.”

“Not only does HOUSE OF L change the way commercial art is experienced, appreciated and purchased, we will provide an educational platform for its patrons and disrupt the way art is consumed in the digital age,” said Leslie Gossett, Co-Founder. “Whether an artist, collector, business or art enthusiast, investing in HOUSE OF L’s membership model allows one to get involved on the ground floor and experience all that the company has to offer, as well as networking with like-minded lovers and supporters of the arts.”

“With the shift of the global art market, HOUSE OF L found a perfect way to capture and engage both the new and established collector,” said Chairman of Capstar Partners Steve Hicks. “Their membership model is a unique twist that will disrupt the art industry today.”

Lana Carlson and Leslie Gossett developed the company this past year as a way to combine their individual passions and strengths in high-end art and luxury real estate, and to fill a need in the art marketplace to help emerging as well as established creatives expand their reach and access to collectors. Recently featured in Forbes, The Austin Chronicle and PaperCity Magazine, the result is a transportable pop-up showcase concept that brings the arts, including performance and visual components to unique environments.
