Americana and roots singer-songwriter Jackie Greene is a jack-of-all-trades, and an artist who can croon over soulful piano ballads as much as he can shred a bluesy guitar solo (like he did as the lead guitarist for The Black Crowes in 2013). A road warrior and musician’s musician, Greene’s recent EP The Modern Lives – Vol 2 (released in October 2018 on Blue Rose Music) finds him at a new chapter in his life: his first months of fatherhood, time off his relentless touring circuit, and a cross-country move from Brooklyn to his birthplace of Northern California.

More About Cris Jacobs:
After a decade, five records, and 200 shows a year as principal songwriter and frontman for beloved Baltimore-based band The Bridge from 2001-2011, Jacobs wasted no time continuing to write music of his own and exploring different configurations for his craft. He released his debut solo album, Songs for Cats and Dogs, in 2012, and continued to perform relentlessly, both with his new band and as a solo artist. In doing so, he quickly garnered the admiration of a variety of predecessors and peers: rock legend Steve Winwood saw Jacobs perform in 2014 and soon invited him to open his national tour. The following year, Sturgill Simpson extended the same invitation. Never limited by genre, Jacobs and New Orleans heavyweight Ivan Neville recorded a collaborative album under the name “Neville Jacobs”. As an adapting, evolving, versatile musician who has survived on his own merit, Jacobs continues to win over audiences of many tastes, as he brings his characteristic authenticity and soul to every set. His new record Color Where You Are is out April 12th.

Bailey Ingle, a native of Hoover, AL, is a singer/songwriter known for her bluesy, soulful voice and charismatic stage presence. At 19 years old, many consider her to be an old soul, which is quite evident by the perspective of her songwriting and her captivating live performances.  “Songwriting gives me a chance to be totally vulnerable,” says Ingle. “With every song I write, I learn more about my true self as both an artist and a human. Music is my way of figuring out who I am.” Bailey Ingle may be just discovering herself, but with songwriting this good, it won’t be long before the rest of the world follows suit.
