Indian Fair Days August 3-4, 2019

The Sierra Mono Museum, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is proud to announce that the 49th annual Indian Fair Days and Pow Wow will be held on August 3-4, 2019 at Minarets High School in O’Neals, CA.  The annual event is the longest running pow wow in Central California.  The event features inter-tribal dancing, gourd dancing, color guard, contest dancing, arts and craft vendors, and delicious Indian Tacos are sold at the food court.   Pre-sale tickets are being sold now at $2.00 each until July 29, 2019.  Contact pow wow coordinator Christina McDonald at 559-676-8238 christina@sierramonomuseum.org or call the Sierra Mono Museum voicemail at 559-877-2115 for information on the pow wow.

The pow wow event is one of the major fundraisers for museum operations.  The museum is currently in a major renovation and community support is needed for the final phase of the build.   All contributions are tax deductible and you can also support the museum by becoming a member or providing a contribution at a variety of support levels.
