Mongolian Rapper Mrs. M’s “Tasty” Video Skyrockets To Over 700K Views

Mongolian Rapper, Mrs. M, dropped her first English track and video for “Tasty” through b2 Music, a division of b2 Holdings Limited. Inn only 2 months time, it has steadily jumped to over 700K views, showcasing the power that Mrs. M has with her loyal fanbase.

South China Morning Post referred to Mrs. M as the “Breakout queen of Mongolian hip hop.” “Tasty” is part of Vibe presents Urban Asia Vol.2, and was produced by NASTEE from Pro Era, the New York hip hop collective that includes the likes of Joey Bada$$ and the late Capital STEEZ. With over 6.5 million collective YouTube views, and a voice and flow compared to Erykah Badu, Mrs. M drops “Tasty” as her first-ever English track.

Mrs. M excitedly spoke about the track in a recent press release: “I’m so excited to release my first English single “Tasty” and to work with NASTEE from Brooklyn’s Pro Era, and Silverstrike in Hong Kong. Growing up listening to Hip Hop and RnB music in Mongolia we never dreamed of such things! I sang and rapped in Mongolian because we are a small country, and I didn’t think we can go past that. We just make this music for ourselves. We only watch U.S. artists on YouTube and follow the new sounds, and never think we can be connected to places like Brooklyn. I really love the internet because it connected me to all of this.”

Vibe presents Urban Asia Vol.2 is following on the heels of the success of Vibe presents Urban Asia Vol. 1, which produced a No 1 hit in Mongolia for Mrs. M, along with four top-ten hits in China, including Chinese/K-pop superstar Jackson Wang’s smash hit Can’t Breathe.

Volume 2 features fifteen tracks from top rap and hip hop stars from across Asia, including seven new, exclusive tracks.
