Leslie Grace and Spotify Partner to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month
Today, Spotify is celebrating all hispanics by toasting to the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month!
The platform honors Latin music and culture by sharing an exclusive, and only available on Spotify, short film starring Dominican descent singer and songwriter Leslie Grace. In the video, Grace honors previously renowned Latin artists such as Marc Anthony and Selena and walks down memory lane through old times from her abuela’s living room.
“Let’s give a toast to the past… the future… the present,” she shares. “Look how far we’ve come, from bailando La Bamba, to Bachata, to Reggaeton,” let’s “toast for the adventure, a toast for the culture. Salud!”
Additionally, Spotify will support its bilingual and bicultural playlists, such as Fuego, Vibras, ¡Fiesta! and Volumen, to provide listeners a diversity of content only available on the platform.
The video is now available exclusively on Spotify’s ¡Viva Latino! Playlist until September 19th and on Brindis – A Toast to Latin Music until October 15th.
