Rising Schizophrenic Pop / Alternative Rock Artist, SnowTown, Releases New Single, “Roses”
Salt Lake City-based artist, SnowTown, has done it again with another amazing single. Jesse (SnowTown) is only 18-years-old and is already gaining a following. “Roses” is the third single from SnowTown’s upcoming album, GHOST, and was written for the artist’s mom who has asked him to write happier songs. Jesse’s passion for creating music comes from a sombre place as the artist struggles deeply with depression. However, weeks before his 15th birthday, Jesse was involved in a near-fatal accident and was hospitalized. This accident showed Jesse, “how fragile mortality is,” and while he was bed-bound, Jesse began to write music. Jesse is heavily influenced by a wide range of artists, stemming from Twenty One Pilots, AJR, and Macklemore with a goal to create emotional, piano driven music.
