DAN Serves Up Ice Cold ‘Hendrix’
An unlikely hip-hop star from Hull, DAN has never let any obstacles get in his way. He was drawn to the music genre by the authentic nature of the music, fashion and values, and though he doesn’t fit the usual stereotype, DAN has broken through them.
His new release, Hendrix, is the work of producer, mixer and engineer Michael Bowdler AKA DubzCo AKA Trix, also featuring Jeremy Lamont G. The track comes as both a tribute to the legendary music artist, and also to his favorite brand of gin (with copyright issues avoided of course), and discusses problems caused from a false life lived through social media. Having performed alongside Omarion, SisQo, GIGGS, Tinchy Stryder, N Dubz, Lethal Bizzle, Dane Bowers, Sneakbo and occasionally bumping into the likes of Dappy, Idris Elba, Travis Scott and Wiley, it’s only a matter of time before DAN breaks through to the mainstream music scene.
