BONNIE X CLYDE Leave Their Youth Behind in New Single “Bad Behavior” via Ultra Music

Ultra Music’s BONNIE X CLYDE dominated the summer festival circuit with sets at EDC Las Vegas, Summer Camp, Global Dance Fest, Moonrise Festival, EDC Korea, and Dancefestopia just to name a few. Calling the tenacious duo unstoppable is an understatement – following the cancelation of Sunset Music Festival in Tampa last year, BONNIE X CLYDE managed to perform at 4 different nightclubs and hosted a massive house party all in one night with the news airing on FOX 13 News. Their previous EPs While We Were Young and WANTED racked up over 7M streams each while smash single “Bass Jam” peaked at #1 on the SiriusXM radio charts for 7 weeks straight and continues to collect new streams nearly 2 years later. Spotify and Apple Music marked BONNIE X CLYDE as an act to look out for with features on several premiere playlists including Crate Diggers, Fresh Electronic, and New Music Friday as well as Best of the Week and A-List Dance. It’s clear their diligence and commitment towards their live show and production on record has led them to both streaming and touring success.

Now they’re introducing a new side of BONNIE X CLYDE as they wave goodbye to their youth and break boundaries with their self-coined “vocal bass” sound. In their latest offering, “Bad Behavior,” we see Bonnie take the lead as they explore the darker side in their femme-domme fantasy. Stepping out with an edgier bass sound alongside their catchy lyricism, the duo accentuates the distinct voice of Bonnie whose haunting vocals chops mesmerize instantly. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Amy Lee from Evanescence and Sia, Bonnie’s vocals give a fresh new take on the powerful female tone. Billboard premiered the track and said: “The single is bass-heavy but sultry, the sonic equivalent of a femme fatale. It feels dangerous as singer Bonnie beckons you in a seductive almost-whisper, while the beat lures you down smoky hallways toward the darkest corner of the dance floor…Truly, ‘Bad Behavior’ is all about growing up and owning your own power.”

BONNIE X CLYDE elaborate on the new single: “We’re redefining what it means to BONNIE X CLYDE. We want to take you into a new world, OUR world, and express  the fundamental truths of life, the battles, the achievements, the good and the bad emotions. It all creates the story of us. This song marks the clarity and a huge change in our lives – a time when we finally decided to say fuck everything and be our rawest, most authentic selves. It’s about time we step into our power and take control. It’s about sharing all sides of you, even the things people might not want to hear or see. Because that’s what we want – we want raw, blood, sweat, tears, unfiltered, bad behavior.“
