Murda Beatz Signee Adam Halliday Unveils Video for His Recent Single ‘Trippin’

Off Forthcoming Debut EP ‘About A Girl’ 11/15

LA-based rising singer/songwriter Adam Halliday first caught the attention of the music industry with his debut single “Trippin” (released 8/12). The Murda Beatz signee has followed up with an accompanying video showcasing Adam’s unique vocals.

“Trippin” is the lead single off Adam’s upcoming debut EP, ‘About A Girl’, set to release on November 15. The single playlisted on Apple’s FEELS within 24 hours of release and currently maintains the 12th position within the playlist. It was also selected for R&B Nation and Escape Tracks.

The Berklee College of Music student has penned for countless of music’s top writers and producers. After inking a publishing deal through Murda Beatz’s Murda Beatz Recordings earlier in 2019, the England native has begun breaking barriers in the R&B field.

Adam gained major traction with his single “Go Girl” (released 10/14), which was featured as the #1 track on Amazon Music’s Introducing R&B” playlist, as well as the cover artist for the playlist. The single was then featured on Apple’s Breaking R&B.

Adam Halliday grew up splitting time between Manchester, UK and Philadelphia; inspired by a wide range of artists including Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, Usher, Eminem and 50 Cent. After studying at Berklee College of Music before moving to LA, he quickly found himself writing with some of the top producers in music in both the hip-hop and pop spaces. Led by his first single “Trippin”, Adam’s debut EP ‘About A Girl’ promises to reflect his unique melting pot of influences and writing styles.
