Marquee Grand’s New Single “Maybe” Has Us Hyped For Upcoming EP

Emerging alt-rock band Marquee Grand recently released the single “Maybe” from their upcoming debut EP (due in January 2020) – and it’s proving to be an instant hit for the Buffalo, NY natives. “Maybe” is a tantalizing taste of their high energy, infectious music that has led them to perform in conjunction with major bands like The 1975, Dashboard Confessional, and Blink-182.  With lyrics inspired by the band’s current journey through the music industry, the band takes an introspective approach with the lines “The greats will be great, While the rest fall in line, Maybe I’m not that far behind”. The classic alt-rock drum beat provides a solid basis for Marquee Grand’s high energy soundscape filled with distant harmonies, dynamic guitar riffs, and powerful vocals. With these elements in tact it is no wonder that “Maybe” is the perfect rock song to launch this band into 2020 as we await their highly anticipated EP.

Since the release of their debut single in 2018, Marquee Grand has brought a refreshingly modern style to Buffalo’s music scene. Comprised of members John Richter, TJ Luckman, Matt Lawniczak, and Josh Owczarzak, these Buffalo natives stand out above the rest with alt rock influences spanning the past few decades. High energy performances make their live shows memorable as they radiate infectious melodies, unforgettable lyrics, and an anthemic attitude throughout each of their original tracks. Their portfolio is comprised of carefully-crafted singles leading up to their highly-anticipated debut EP in early 2020. Their message is simple: Be Grand.
