In 2012, Kamalzi got his start in the music scene by before for different churches in the Kansas City MO area. Since then, he has went on to land major interviews on Kansas City’s most prominent radio stations such as Hot 103 Jamz and KPRS Gospel.
In 2019, he received honorary awards in his home town for his works and accomplishments in his community. He has also been nominated for 2020 “Best Male Gospel Hip-Hop Artist” of the year. Having a creative outlook , Kamalzi is best known to his peers for being a word smith and his ability to rap fast.
Always being optimistic and true to his faith Kamalzi’s goal is to catch the attention of both the believer and non-believer through Christian Hip-Hop music.
