Say Less is about the back and forth that happens within a toxic relationship. This is something that unfortunately too many of us deal with. Sometimes our partners will manipulate, use words, and mind games in an attempt to control. I reached a point where it didn’t work anymore, I didn’t care what was said or threatened. No more arguing just “Say Less.”
