This body of work highlights her versatility as a songwriter, the diversity in her skill set showcases a multi-layered dynamic as she evenly balances her craft to both rap and sing throughout the project. “Queenaveli” features Alabama heavy hitters Rylo Rodriguez & HonyKomb Brazy with production from Al Geno & Mattazik.

The Hype Magazine got Bianca to weigh in on a few things

From the outside looking in, who is the artist Bianca Clarke?

Bianca Clarke is the most relatable female artist out right now. She is a person that has overcome a lot. She takes pride in being respected, as well as respecting others. She’s also a girl who came from a small town called, Mobile Alabama.

What brought you to music?

My mom is a singer as well. So I inherited that gift from her. My aunt trained me to be a writer. She had a book store when I was young, and she would have me read a book and write a summary on it after I finish once a week. Once I got to a certain age, I combined the two. The ability to sing and write.

How does the Alabama music scene reflect in your music?

You will hear a lot of pain and rawness in my music. A lot of that stemmed from where I was born and raised.

Tell us about your current project Queenaveli and what it means for you

My project “Queenaveli” is the best overall project you will hear from a female artist right now. I’m showcasing all my talents on this one. This project means a lot to me because I went through a lot while recording it

For new listeners, what song of yours would you pick as an introduction to you as an artist?

If I had to choose a song to introduce me as an artist, it would be a new song off my project called “Supposed to be”.! It’s a very heartfelt and relatable song.

Tell us a bit about your work and passions OUTSIDE of music…

Outside of music, I’m very family-oriented. I like to be around my family. I’m also working on starting my own fragrance line.

Last but not least, HYPE wants to know…What’s your CRAZIEST “Where they do that at?!” aka WTF?! moment…

My funniest “WTF” moment would have to be when I failed to know who Dj Screw was! Lol! Everybody was like WTF B, how could you not know who that is. I ended up getting educated on who he was and what he meant to southern hip hop.
