Love For Jesus – Blessed

Electro leftfield beats are the name of game with Love for Jesus, who has released his latest album “Blessed”. His rapping style is reminiscent of the sound of an early Mike Sinner, aka The Streets – like a modern ,social commentary through his eyes as he sees it. Very interesting to the ear and takes you on a journey with his unique delivery. We like unique. Half time/double time spitting this dude doesn’t stop for breath. Music is all about personal expression and Love for Jesus is fully expressing himself on this work.

Love for Jesus has been making music since the age of 10 before moving on to Psychedelic Rock when he was 17. The leap into Rap music was taken around 2005 and he carried on this pathway on a part-time basis, until the devastating loss of his brother Towan, drove him to start pursuing a career in music more seriously.

His influence includes: Lecrae, KB, The Verve, Curtis Mayfield, Snoop Dogg, Pharrell Williams, Nightmares On Wax, Tricky, Massive Attack, James Brown, Bootsy Collins and Capital Xtra.
