NBC’s The Voice Alum Royce Lovett Announces Debut Single ‘Good Morning’

Paravel Records is thrilled to announce the release of the debut single “Good Morning” from NBC’s The Voice Season 17 alum Royce Lovett. Royce premiered the single, which is now available everywhere, during an appearance on Chicago’s “Windy City Live” last month.

Lovett, affectionately known as the “Hip Hop Troubadour” for his infectious brand of Pop, R&B and Hip Hop shines on “Good Morning” with its Reggae groove and Hip Hop flourishes. The single calls back to the talent Lovett showcased when he instantly won over Voice judge Gwen Stefani and music fans during the Blind Auditions. Most will remember that Stefani immediately turned and left her chair to dance along to Lovett’s rendition of Wyclef John’s “911”. The video, which quickly amassed over a million views trending for nearly 24 hours, made Royce an instant fan favorite.

Lovett who recently ended his relationship with Motown where he released three projects including the critically acclaimed album “Love and Other Dreams” delivers the new single as a wake up call to those who have been lulled into complacency by everyday problems and struggles. Ever the optimist, Lovett believes that success is a state of mind. “My goal with Good Morning is to remind folks that they were made for more”, says Lovett matter of factly. “The key to overcoming whatever holds you back is remembering who you truly are and what you’re meant for. We are God’s creations and God wants the very best for his creation. Whether you’re male or female, black, white, latinx, gay or straight, Good Morning is a call to realize your true potential. I want to inspire people to seize the day”

Lovett will spend most of the spring performing dates throughout the country in support of the single.
