pineappleCITI Releases “Recognize” Music Video

Following its release earlier this year, pineappleCITI returns with the release of the music video for her single, “Recognize”. Driven from the events of her crash in 2016, the video opens with victory and celebration but mysteriously takes a turn with flashback visuals that display the artist at her lowest, just moments after the accident. Rather than letting that get her down, pineappleCITI gets to work on her craft.

The New Jersey rapper received props in 2017 for her single “Rose Colored” – which appeared on her self-titled debut album. Fast forward three years and a recovered pineappleCITI is making up for lost time, writing for artists including Kelly Rowland and Twista. After releasing her second album, neonBLUE, and signing to Red Bull Records, she’s set to take over 2020 with new music ahead.
