“After releasing music on my own the past few years, I’m excited to have the support of Red Bull Records and work with the team to release some incredible music,” says Kofi. “I’m really looking forward to the fans hearing my upcoming EP because it’s such a personal project that lets people into my world.”

Prior to signing with Red Bull Records, Kofi released music independently via his own Jvngle Music Group imprint, including fan favorites “Came Up” and “Wake Up”. Raised on his Ghanaian father’s gospel tapes, Kofi started experimenting with music early on, eventually forming his own signature fusion of rapped and sung vocals applied to a unique blend of trap, afropop and Toronto-inspired alternative R&B beats.

Kofi’s The Story of My Life EP is due out later this year. In addition to producing half of the autobiographical project, Kofi wrote, mixed and mastered the entire EP himself.
