Album Review: Lil Uzi Vert — Eternal Atake

One of the most highly anticipated albums in Hip-Hop history has dropped. Lil Uzi Vert’s Eternal Atake finally reached the public’s ears on March 6. The Philly-based trap rapper’s new release is his greatest work to date as it showcases his seamless blend of drill influenced rapping. The tracks indulge in melodic crooning and beats that reinforce Hip-Hop trends. The masterpiece is composed of relatable lyricism accompanied with a creative production of details and animated punchlines.

The collection included some repetition and a few throwaway tracks, however, as the deluxe edition was released a week later, the addition of songs like “Myron” and “Bean (Kobe)” with a fantastic Chief Keef exposure helped the album get back on its two feet. The detail oriented banger is truly a legendary hit and has gotten the popularity Lil Uzi Vert needs! A true gift for all of his die-hard fans.
