Today future funk producer Yung Bae releases Low Steppa’s remix of ‘Bad Boy’ featuring bbno$ and Billy Marchiafava.

Since its release ‘Bad Boy’ has accumulated over 25 million streams globally and exploded on Tiktok, after garnering over half a billion views and becoming one of the highest trending tracks on the platform this year‘Bad Boy’ is taken from Yung Bae’s current album, Bae 5, which features songs through a retro-futuristic electronic lens that pays homage to disco, funk, R&B, Japanese “City-Pop”, hip-hop, and pop.

Influential house music artist, Low Steppa is a top ten selling artist on Beatport and has released on a some of the most well-respected labels around, including Defected, Armada and Strictly Rhythm alongside his own Simma Black. Over the last few years, Low Steppa has made a sizeable contribution to the house music canon with singles such as ‘Heard It All Before’, ‘Runnin’ and ‘You’re My Life’. Portland native Dallas Cotton (aka Yung Bae) stewards the sub-genre of Future Funk from its niche underground internet culture into a cult-like phenomena. Throughout his extensive catalogue, Yung Baemesmerizes his listener with an intoxicating blend of both the traditional and the modern, falling somewhere between smooth jazz, funk, old school hip-hop, and Studio 54 disco.
