10 things to know about: GOLDZBROUGH

  1. I’m in my 30s now and have loved every minute of it so far! My 20s were so boring; although I managed to tour the length of the UK as a session musician, and also in my own right performing for various artists.
  2. I’m a father of 1 and a husband of 1’ haha! But this has been a dream for me and I’m just having the best time.

  3. As well an artist, I love to travel the globe writing for other artists. Germany is like a second home to me.

  4. I was in a band called ‘The’ Rise for many years which was great fun! I managed to get out to LA, and record with Ryan Dusick (Maroon 5). I mean it was insane… literally days before I was cleaning windows for a job, and then the next thing I knew, I was on a plane to LA to record with this guy. The comedown was awful.
  5. As a kid I was heavily into tennis…what a sport! I was destined for it! But then this music thing got in the way, and it’s been this way ever since.

  6. I lost my dad to cancer when he was 56 years old! He was my Best Friend and actually educated me through his final music collection.

  7. I’m currently writing and producing for some great artists, such as Billy Lockett. One of the records I produced got him seen on The late late show with James Corden! Bloody brilliant.

  8. Eurovision is my guilty pleasure! I was lucky enough to MD and perform 2013 for Bonnie Tyler! Best experience as a musician.

  9. I can’t stand Salmon.

  10. I really enjoy making music that I love now. Every record is diverse and there are no rules in my book. Make music that hits you.
