Oprehay Unveils Confident New Music in AA Meetings & Serum

Oprehay is an exciting Caymanian rapper, singer and songwriter behind new hip hop EP, Crowd Control. Lead track, AA Meetings, is a fresh, fast-paced hype track that diverts away from some of Oprehay’s more pop-centric tunes.

Oprehay has been obsessed with music from a young age and refined his versatile sound for his very first release in 2014. Drawing heavily from his Father’s musical influences, Oprehay has delivered consistently infectious flows mixed with traditional bass-driven beats and elements of electronic soundscape. Oprehay’s most recent release, Marissa, is surpassing 150k streams on Spotify with its dynamic, groove-infused nature.

Talking about the new music, Oprehay says, “The track is pretty much me showcasing my confidence and ability to rap contrary to the pop side that is blended in Crowd Control. The wordplay and the lyrics are inspired by what I’d want to admit in an AA meeting when it is my turn to take the spotlight”
