Om Records— one of America’s longest running independent music labels–is celebrating twenty-five years in the game this summer as a breeding ground for underground talent producing some of the greatest in the electronic, house, downtempo and hip-hop world. To mark the occasion Om is releasing Om Records – 25 Years, a special 26-track compilation of new tracks, unreleased material and Om classics on July 10. Singles available now from the collection come from Mark Farina & Homero Espinosa (“The Story”), Reptile Room (“Sunlite”) and Brooklyn’s Body Language “Let’s Try.” Today, Om has made available J Boogie’s Dubtronic Science’s “Be Free” featuring the flute talents of Carlos Araiza as the fourth single.
