Kid Trunks Releases Moon Featuring Travis Barker, Noah Cyrus & More

Kid Trunks makes his debut with his coming of age album, Moon, released via EMPIRE. The 17-track project is a genre-spanning collection of songs that embrace Kid Trunks’ early influences and gives voice to his inner struggle. Featuring collaborations with Travis Barker, Noah Cyrus, Bass Santana, John Cunningham, Anthony Flammia and more, Moon serves as a comforting vessel during the darkest days. More than two years in the making, the album embodies Kid Trunks’ self-realizing journey through formidable and profoundly trying moments, including the loss of his best friend and his own battles with depression and anxiety. “I hope this project can aid or cure any depression or negative energy in your life,” Kid Trunks says, and by revealing his pain, love, and emotions he hopes that listeners will feel less alone. Leading up to the album, Kid Trunks released standout singles including “Do You Know What Is Right?,” a heartfelt duet with Noah Cyrus, and “Get Away,” a guitar-driven track that captures Kid Trunks’ sonic versatility. The video for “Get Away” has racked up nearly 700K views on YouTube since releasing last month. Listen to Moon here.

Kid Trunks also released the official music video for the album cut “Backseat.” The video is directed by frequent collaborator WINCHOZ.
