Meet Budding Producer Aaron Peil from A-Laced Productionz

It’s always a nice day when you can introduce a hard grinding young talent who keeps it simple and real…just working hard to hone their craft. In this instance, we introduce rising producer Aaron Peil who’s slowly working his way up the ladder in the music game…we got him to weigh in on a few things!

If you weren’t a producer what would you be doing right now?

Probably going crazy, music is more than just music, it’s therapy to me. I can release all my emotions through the keys

What is the weirdest or funniest moment you’ve ever had at a show?

None, I don’t do shows I make music that can get played at shows with artists.

What type of vibes do you set to make a good beat?

I don’t set a vibe I just create. I start by playing a few chords and then build from there.

Which artist would you like to collaborate with if the budget wasn’t involved?

I would like to collaborate with a handful of artists Wu-Tang, Jarren Benton, Snoop. Dogg, Warren G, C-Bo, Mozzy, Jake Strain, Ariana Grande, Mary J, Timberland, E-40, Brotha Lynch, man the list could go on and on…

How did you get involved in music?

I used to have rap battles in the back room at my house when I was a youngster bout the age of 16 or 17. I think we had the first FL studios back then. Anyways, that’s when I started making beats they were trash but then we started taking instrumentals and battling off them just for fun. Quality wasn’t good at all but I didn’t know anything about the music production side of things. Further down the road, I was living life in the fast lane got into a car accident and got my DUI in which my car was totaled; I was lucky to be alive !!!

I reevaluated my life and I decided to go and get my GED and go to school for music production since I loved music so much. I had a son on the way. So I went to a community college and almost passed but had to finish a math class, my son was born and life happened.

Do you think you’re at your prime in your career?
I feel like I’ve been grinding at this for a long time and there are always new things to learn every day. When you are a music producer, you will never stop learning. Maybe that’s why I’m so passionate about this music.

How many beats do you make a week?

When I am not working my graveyard shift, on my days off I create music. I would say maybe 2 or 3 in two days. If I did this for a living I would make 20 beats a week at least.

If you had one message to tell your supporters, what would it be?

Never give up stay grinding!
