NFL Great Brendon Ayanbadejo On Working With Orangetheory Fitness, Getting An MBA & More

As a three-time NFL Pro-Bowler and Super Bowl Champion with a 10-year NFL career — beyond time spent in other football organizations — few football players have achieved success like Brendon Ayanbadejo. Yet Ayanbadejo has also found tremendous success off of the football field. A co-owner of more than 50 Orangetheory Fitness (West Coast Fitness) locations, Ayanbadejo has also been a recipient of the Sports Illustrated Sports Activist Of The Year Award, thanks to his activism work.

Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored interval training and group personal training. Simply put, it is a high-intensity workout that provides consistent results, along with a community that trains together and provides continuous support and encouragement to its members. Naturally, Brendon Ayanbadejo and his team at West Coast Fitness have been closely following state and local guidelines and taking all necessary steps to bring the Orangefitness community back together in-studio across the great state of California.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Brendon Ayanbadejo via Zoom on June 22, 2020 about his post-NFL life, working with Orangetheory Fitness, investing, work ethic, family and more. The full chat is embedded below, while more on Ayanbadejo can be found online via clicking over to www.brendonayanbadejo.net, www.twitter.com/brendon310 and/or www.orangetheory.com.
