Who Is Miles Gaines?
Miles Gaines is a rapper, producer, singer/song-writer from South Los Angeles. He was raised in Gardena, California – by the 3rd grade Miles was showing a knack for music, making music in his bedroom on GarageBand, an influence that helped him gain notoriety on MySpace. By the time he was in the 5th grade he was opening up for acts such as: Raekwon, Demrick, B-Real & more. Gaines was discovered at the tender age of 12 by music executive Damion Young while performing at his father’s (Jason Gaines) and his business associate’s (DJ SKEE) “Tradition.” In 2014, Gaines would sign to UMG under Damion Young’s imprint. He then would release a single entitled “Tonight’s Anthem.” Fast forward to now, Gaines is now an independent artist who has released countless singles and his independent debut album titled “You’re Not Alone” in May of 2019.
