YXNG K.A Releases New “Imagine That” Visual
YXNG K.A has a voice that stands out and feels prepared. Ready to take on the world and tell his story, this Philadelphia based high school senior has quickly taken his local scene by storm with a newly signed record deal with Interscope Records and representation from Stack or Starve Records. Today, the young star continues to tell his story with “Imagine That”. A hard hitting all-too-real story of a love triangle accompanied by a stunning visual from director Andre DrizzeDreads Fisher. The visual sees YXNG K.A spending time with two different girlfriends while one finds out that she is getting played. “That was just my feelings at that moment” the rapper explains “just stuff that I really be going through in real life.”
The Philly rapper finds the pockets of the production, provided by Palaze very seamlessly as he rides various flows throughout the song. His unique tempos and upbeat disposition show that he takes his craft very seriously even with being so young in the game. “I wouldn’t do anything after school, I’d just go home and make sure I wrote a couple of songs every day,” he says. “Everything that was happening with me, everything that I was feeling at the time, I put it right into the songs. I don’t usually talk a lot or vent to people, so if I’m going through something I’ll just make a song about it.” YXNG K.A is expected to release more visuals soon with RCA Records signee Lil Muk for their collaboration “UNFINISHED BUSINESS”.
