Concert Alert! Snoop Dogg, Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony and B-Real

Snoop Dogg (aka DJ Snoopadelic), Bone Thugs-N-Harmony & B-Real are uniting for global benefit concert It Was All A Stream on Saturday August 8th, 2020 from 7-10pm PST. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the live shows we once planned our summers around are no more. But with the star power of these hip-hop legends and visual effects from a top firm that previously produced for Coachella, this virtual event might just be good enough to make us forget we can’t leave the house! Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (BTNH) have always been innovators of hip-hop culture and since the beginning, their music has addressed the social issues that many other artists shied away from. That commitment to speak up when it’s important and share a message that people need now more than ever, has driven BTNH to create new ways of doing things, and It Was All A Stream is exactly that. Snoop Dogg has been one of hip-hop’s greatest voices and personalities on and off the stage for decades. Snoop has adapted masterfully to the “new normal” of virtual performances with nearly 3 million people viewing his Verzuz TV battle with DMX just last week, and he’s eagerly anticipating the August 8th performance and taking it to the next level. He calls on fans across the world to “come ride on a fantastic voyage with me, DJ Snoopadelic, Dr. Greenthumb aka B-Real, and my homeboys Bone Thugs-N-Harmony as we blaze into IT WAS ALL A STREAM.
So many of the issues we are dealing with currently are issues that BTNH have been fighting against since its creation. We never stopped talking about these issues, and because of that we feel our music is needed more than ever. There are a lot of artists who have not said much during these trying times in our fight against systemic racism, and because of the content of our music, we feel it is our responsibility to stand with the people and deliver a performance that unifies our voices” explains the legendary group. BTNH have envisioned this show as a collection of legends united in the fight for true equality and justice…to celebrate real rap while supporting causes that are dear to the hearts of these performers during these difficult times.
In addition to the mind-blowing visual creativity and legendary line-up, the concert can be viewed exclusively on LivingLegends.TV, which was founded by Krayzie Bone to connect artists with their fans during COVID-19 and beyond. It Was All A Stream will be the inaugural concert of LivingLegends.TV and will be a special blend of story, music performance, visual mediums and live engagement that puts the viewers right in the middle of the action. As Krayzie Bone explains, “With everything happening in these times, It Was All A Stream was produced to help drive home a message to the world: now is the time to ‘spread the love.’ Our message will be amplified through electrifying performances of our legendary artists who will give our fans an entertaining, uplifting experience through my new platform, LivingLegends.TV.”
Spread the Love is the also the name of Krayzie Bone’s newly founded initiative, which was created to invest back into community groups on the front lines of advancing urban youth development, community services for vulnerable families and promoting racial justice.
