Hype: What inspired your artist name? And where did you get the name from?
Brismoneyy: I really just took my real name Chris and put b in front of the b and subtract the h so it would look cooler than I decided to put Brismoney at the ending of it because it rhyme and because I be getting money.
Hype: How would you describe the music you typically create?
Brismoney: I would describe it as a up-tempo type of music for those who like a lyrical person and a sick flow
Hype: What is the reason behind you getting into music?
Brismoneyy: The reason why I chose music cause I can speak what on my mind to not just one person to many it just a different way of telling someone your past or your present?
Hype: What message are you trying to send to your fans?
Brismoneyy: I want my fan to be themself and reach for the stars anything is possible if you’re dedicated too it
Hype: Who are our big musical influences?
Brismoneyy: Drake, Russ, Young Dolph
Hype: If you could open a show for any artist who would it be?
Brismoneyy: Lil Uzi Vert cause his fans go crazy.
Hype: Who are you biggest inspirations?
Brismoney: My mother cause she been working from the start since I was born so I gotta give it too her.
Hype: What are your current/future projects are you working on?
Brismoney: I’m working on a EP it’s going to have about 6-7 songs on it . I’m still thinking on whether or not I should have collabs on this EP but I’m still working on it.
Hype: What is a personal goal(s) of yours?
Brismoney: To get recognition in the rap game and win awards.
Hype: What do you think you need to do to hit those goal(s)?
Brismoneyy: I would have to strategize all my work in a plan I call a 10-90 issue.
Hype: What is your creative process like?
Brismoneyy: When I start to create I start with my 10-90 plan ever time wen I finish or start a song I always remember the 10-90 rule 10 % percent work 90% marketing.
Hype: What is the best advice you have received and from who?
Brismoneyy: I’ve received advice from a lot of people but not all advice is good. However some of the best advice that I got was from a person I didn’t even know he told me that I wasn’t supposed to be here meaning environment or place and he said I can see you on TV on the BET Awards and from there I was star struck.
Hype: How do you balance your music with other obligations?
Brismoneyy: I feel like I got it easy because I’ve always worked on music in the night when everyone sleeps and in the morning I’m back to my common self.
Hype: What are you most proud of to date?
Brismoneyy: I’m proud of my new single “G5 Jet” it’s at 100k stream.
Hype: What keeps you making music?
Brismoneyy: My fans, the more I see progress in my streams, the more music that I put out.
Hype: If you were to completely start over again from day one, what would you do differently?
Brismoneyy: With the knowledge that I have now, I’ve would have been number #1 on billboard already but that’s in the making.
Hype: Where do you see yourself in your music career in 5 years?
Brismoney: I see myself successful in this industry.
Hype: Do you have any advice for a new artist who is trying to launch their music career?
Brismoneyy: Think smart always have a plan and strategize that plan and knock it out. Once you’ve done that you have to keep doing it but it’s only going to get harder. It’s the way of life.
