Lexi Simonsen On Her New “THE 2ND,” Future Career Plans, Los Angeles During COVID-19 & More

In THE 2ND, Secret Service Agent Vic Davies finds himself in the middle of a high-stakes terrorist operation while picking up his son from college and must then use his entire set of skills against the armed faction. Directed by Brian Skiba (Chokehold), from a script by Eric Bromberg (Enemies Closer) and Paul Taegel (Vandal), the film stars Ryan Phillippe (Crash, Cruel Intentions), Casper Van Dien (Alita: Battle Angel, Starship Troopers), Jack Griffo (Sharknado 3) and Lexi Simonsen. THE 2ND will be available via all major on-demand and digital outlets — iTunes included — on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.

The aforementioned Lexi Simonsen is not only an actress, but a dancer and content creator, originally hailing from Newton, Kansas. THE 2nd is her feature film debut, while she has also been working  as a series regular on the new HBO MAX pilot Vegas High. Per her IMDb page, Simonsen will also be seen in the upcoming film Roller World. She has plans to be open her own production company in the future, while regularly posting creative content to her social media channels these days.
