New Music From Recording Artist Purp

Purp takes us into her world of relaxation and freedom on “Llama.” Singing on slow production, Purp slowly tunes in to give us insight into who she is and about. This soulful track will have you relaxed in a matter of time.

“LLAMA” ‘s smooth sultry grit translates the duality of PURP’s personality. “I can be the fire that warms your heart, or the one that sets your soul ablaze,” PURP says. Llama encapsulates the experience of someone who took her warning for granted and has to reap what they sew.

PURP is apart of the production duo The CREW with male musician/producer BRAVO. Together they produce every song from start to finish and it cultivated a dreamy yet grunge filled sound full of exploration: much like their personalities. It’s a melting pot of two completely different life experiences that come together into a magical bliss.

ABOUT PURP:
PURP began playing the cello and violin at nine years old. Before the introduction to classical music, she grew up in a Jamaican household listening to pure Reggae and smooth jazz. She began playing instruments when she was 9 years old and writing songs at 11. Growing up in a performing arts school district made it easy to focus on the arts where she nurtured her talents of writing, playing instruments, and dancing.
