Behind Neon is me separating myself from the rest,” Dolly explains. Having endured a two-year prison stint after a run in with the law, Dolly is hungrier than ever to showcase his talents.I’ve shared the stage with major acts such as T-Pain, Rick Ross, and Chris Brown.
