Amy Brown On “Where Goodness Grows,” “The Bobby Bones Show,” Her Radio Career, Plans & More

Amy Brown is the co-host of The Bobby Bones Show, iHeartMedia’s award-winning Country radio show. Broadcasting live from Nashville, the program reaches millions of listeners on nearly 140 stations in the U.S. and Canada and is also heard internationally via iHeartRadio. She also hosts her own podcast 4 Things with Amy Brown with Nashville’s Podcast Network,as available through iHeart Radio. Aside from her on-air career, she is the co-founder of both the #PIMPINJOY movement and Espwa, a clothing and accessory line that benefits organizations and initiatives in Haiti.

Another interesting project involving Amy Brown — the recipient of a CMA Award, multiple ACM Awards, and the prestigious Gracie Award honoring women in media — is Where Goodness Grows, a 6-part digital video series highlighting Land O’Lakes dairy farmer-owners. It takes a behind the scenes look at the work those dairy farmer-owners do and the lives they lead, on and off the farm. Brown hosts the series, introducing you to the farmers, their families and sharing their inspiring stories.

On September 18, 2020, I had the pleasure of speaking with Amy Brown via Zoom, as embedded below. More on Brown — including information related to Where Goodness Grows — can be found by visiting www.radioamy.com, and/or following @RadioAmy on Twitter and Instagram.
