Keke Palmer On Future Plans, Jose Cuervo & Hosting “Who’s Making Margs?” On September 3rd

The world’s best-selling tequila brand, Jose Cuervo has been family-owned for 10 generations. And thanks to the new Who’s Making Margs? series, Jose Cuervo fans have been able to check out the homes of different celebrities — yes, the celebrities’ actual homes — as they make margaritas, hang out and get to know each other over what many call “the ultimate icebreaker”: Jose Cuervo. Although the summer season has looked a little different this year, Jose Cuervo has been getting people together on Thursday nights, creating a fun weekly tradition for its Internet-savvy followers.

Wrapping up the Who’s Making Margs? series on Thursday, September 3rd at 7:00 PM EST / 4:00 PM PST is triple-threat singer, actress and host Keke Palmer; prior margarita-making guests have included Lil’ Dicky, T-Pain and Ilana Glazer. In hosting the series finale, Palmer is inviting fans to call-in and interact with her on screen via Jose Cuervo’s Discord, where she will whip up her personal favorite margarita while directly getting to know some of her biggest fans. In turn, said Jose Cuervo fans ought to be expecting to have a margarita experience they will never forget.

I had the pleasure of asking a few questions to Keke Palmer, as pasted below for your reading pleasure via The Hype. To join the party this week, visit Ms. Palmer on Discord at discord.gg/cuervo, and make sure to click the link to get in on the action; prior to each week’s episode, all links will be shared via Jose Cuervo Instagram page at @josecuervotequila, while viewers can either download Discord to their desktop computer or on iOS/Android devices via the mobile app.

What is your drink of choice?

Keke Palmer: I’m a tequila girl! I like margaritas because who doesn’t hahah. Fave is the Cuervo Sparkling Frozen Margarita — I claim it as my own. (laughs)

Is there a career goal you are most proud of?

Keke Palmer: I don’t think so. I’m more so just happy to have been doing what I love for so long and still loving it the way I do.

Finally, what’s coming up for you in 2021 career-wise?

Keke Palmer: Music, more music. Just dropped Virgo Tendencies Part I, and Alice, a new film I’m set to film in October, but really a little of everything. I flow with the wind!
