IMPACT Wrestling’s Rohit Raju On His Rise As A Singles Wrestler, Getting In Shape & Hattie B’s

IMPACT Wrestling had a big 2020, especially making wrestling fans take notice with its new signings around July’s Slammiversary pay-per-view, including The Good Brothers (“Machine Gun” Karl Anderson and “The Big LG” Doc Gallows), Brian Myers, EC3, Eric Young and Heath Miller, all of whom prior wrestling champions. As of late, AEW World Champion Kenny Omega has been making appearances on IMPACT-related programming, showing the company’s innovative approach to working with Meanwhile, IMPACT itself — which airs on Tuesday nights at 8:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM CST, as followed by the IMPACT In 60 program — is regularly the highest-rated show on the AXS TV network.

One of IMPACT Wrestling’s notable stars is Rohit Raju. Long associated with the Desi Hit Squad, Raju made his televised IMPACT debut on the May 11, 2017 episode of the IMPACT! show. That same year, he was the winner of IMPACT’s Global Forged competition. Things truly picked up for Raju as a singles competitor when he won IMPACT’s X Division Championship last year from Chris Bey as part of a triple-threat match alongside TJ Perkins; The Hype caught up Raju before prior to and during that X Division title reign, providing insight into his quick ascent within the IMPACT ranks.
