Billboard Producer Shane Foster Becoming a Household Name With New Single

Shane Foster is 1/2 of production Duo DFD MUSIC. He is repping all of Eastern Nc and military veterans everywhere. Shane Foster hung up his Army Paratrooper uniform and jumped headfirst into the entertainment industry in 2016, attending college in Los Angeles, CA.

He has applied his two degrees in business and audio engineering to his current musical success and has had the opportunity to work with newly 2x Gold Artist Beatking & platinum Artist Yo Gotti, Boosie Badazz, Young Dolph, and many more. Independently, his most recent work has graced the Billboard Charts at number 2 & number 6 with partner Davis Chris, W!ll & Deborah Berrios “Blood Aint Thicker Than Water.

The album has been streamed and viewed across the world. Alongside DFD, his most recent work has graced the Billboard Charts a total of six times in multi genres and three different languages. Davis Chris & Mr. Foster are considered the “urban ChainSmokers” for artists. He has seen immense success, and during the current pandemic, DFD still managed to ink a Non-Exclusive Deal with Ghazi’s Empire Records. We sat down with him to talk about his new single heating up the charts.

DFD Music recently announced the release of “Blood Aint Thicker Than Water,” an independent single from noted producers and artists Mr. Foster, Davis Chris, W!LL & Deborah Berrios. The single focus on SEXUAL ABUSE among children. This testimony of this song is designed to encourage anyone who has been in a situation like this to possibly get help, speak out, vent, or gain closure. We are donating a portion of sales to D2L.org to combat this serious issue.

“I wanted to tell a story about a girl I knew that was a victim of sexual abuse from a family member and lyrically wanted to paint a picture while being descriptive as possible to let others know that you are not alone,” says Davis Chris. “We bring versatility. We also do our own marketing behind each record. There aren’t a lot of artists doing what we do on an independent level.” says Mr. Foster. “We have a lot of faith in our talent and analytical research skills. We landed on Billboard in four different genres, all because we conducted over 20,000 hours of research in each specific genre. Also, extensive knowledge in Engineering and Music theory helps out a lot when creating projects. Between the both of us, we have over 40,000 hours of OJT internships (On job training) related to music production & Engineering and other aspects of the entertainment business ranging from marketing to legal. This has been our key to success. Doing the research then execute.” says Shane Foster

Foster’s transition into the Industry has been smooth, solidified, and hard work that is rare in today’s Industry. Foster not only has the credentials and the legwork to prove what he’s made of in the Industry but has ultimate goals to leave a legacy and inspiration as one of the best in the Entertainment Industry.
