This week, Chef JJ treats Chef Esther Choi to the flavor of South Africa as he whips up some classic dishes. To bring country to table, Chef JJ prepares an authentic Chicken Yassa served over West African Fonio. Additionally, the two curate a African Black-Eyed Pea Salad. To compliment the flavorful meal, Chef JJ pairs the dishes with a West African Peanut Punch.
