Alanis Morissette Joins MTV’s “Fresh Out Live” Exclusive Performance of Her new Single “Rest”

Alanis Morissette stopped by MTV’s Fresh Out Live for an exclusive and intimate performance of her newly released single“Rest,” which has just been released in support of Mental Health Action Day and will direct donations to National Alliance on Mental Health for Mental Health Awareness Month. “Rest” was originally performed at the Chester Bennington tribute at the Hollywood Bowl in 2017 and has been unreleased until now.

This performance is in support of the first-ever Mental Health Action Day, an open-source movement convened by MTV Entertainment Group aimed at motivating people to take action to get mental health support — whether for themselves, their loved ones or for everyone by advocating for systemic changes for mental health access and equity.
