Tahj Mowry On Football, Music, Family, MorningStar Farms & Status Of A “Smart Guy” Reboot

Fall is in the air and that means football season is around the corner. And not just game-day, it’s finally time to TAILGATE again. But as we prepare to gather to cheer on our favorite teams with fellow fans, many of us have to remember how to be socialable. All the while, many of us have to change up our nutritional habits as a result of the by-product from 2020-related life changes.

Football fanatic Tahj Mowry — who played college football on scholarship — knows that watching football is nearly a daily ritual in the fall, which means game-time meals run around the clock and into overtime. As a result, people who embrace a plant-based lifestyle need a deep bench of plant-based apps, meal starters and more every Sunday. And arguably the other 6 days of the week as well.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Tahj Mowry via Zoom on September 1, 2021, as embedded below. Beyond MorningStar Farms and related snacking, we spoke about his acting career, whether a Smart Guy reboot is in the works, family, favorite sports fans and music. More on Mowry. his MorningStar Farms campaign and/or his future projects can be found online by clicking here, here and here.
